Thank you for your article 'Stumbling After Jesus' My nephew has CP and is in a wheelchair and it effects his facial appearance. most people immediately think he's mentally retarded. When he wanted to do a computer programming course the authorities refused him entry. He put the brake on his wheelchair and refused to move till they agree to let him try. They agree but said he'd be out if he failed any subject in first term, he remained top of the class for the whole course. No institiution would give him a loan to begin a business. I was able to and he has been in business for over 20 years and has assisted many ministries, including Willow Creek here in Austtralis. They are taking him to Chicago in August this year.
